Beginning with the initial consultation with Chad, we had a very good feeling about Organized by Design, AZ. Chad took the time to meticulously measure out our closet and pantry and provided the CAD design diagrams for us to look over on the spot. He took the time to offer options to get the most out of our small but very important storage spaces. He also provided us time to look over the catalog of products and even prompted us to add some sorely needed garage storage to the project. The detailed proposal and very competitive quote came over that night and we were ready to sign.
When we got the notice our products were ready for install, we were able to set up our appointment for the very next day. Marcus and Jamey were prompt, courteous, friendly and thorough. Our 2 day job was done mid-day 2 as scheduled and we are impressed with the results.
I would not hesitate to recommend this team for your job.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Chad came out and measured and put together a CAD drawing for us and then tweaked anything that we wanted him to. Our job had some complicated elements to it and he measured each item that needed a place in the closet perfectly. The finished product is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. His install team, Marcus and Jamie, were such hard workers. They bent over backwards to get our job done in the allotted time, and paid great attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything cleaner than when they began. I could not be happier with this experience and would use Organized By Design again and again for future projects.
 

All I can is WOW!! From the day Chad walked in our home for just a pantry estimate, I have been very impressed with his company and crew. Chad provided a competitive quote and offered ideas on how to make my pantry more functional. I was so impressed I extended the project to our laundry room and a custom / built in tv stand. Marcus and Jamie were great installers and a pleasure to have in our home. They installed all the cabinets, shelving and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. We had a wonderful experience working with Chad from Organized by Design. I wanted to work with an experienced, professional and friendly team who could help us bring our small closet space to life with more functionality and customization to our specific storage needs. I loved being able to plan all of that out with their team, see a rendering before getting our project in the works, and although it was a long wait — it was so worth it. I can easily say I am obsessed with my closet and feel so much more organized and aesthetically pleasing (even in our small space!) Pricing was very reasonable and installation was seamless and it was finished in one day!

My husband and I downsized to a much smaller home after becoming empty nesters. Our new home came with a very small master closet and no storage area. To solve this problem, I wanted to expand our master closet by making a doorway from our closet leading into the adjoining bedroom. I spent months looking for a general contractor and closet company for this project. The job was too small for the contractors and no closet company could do the prep work required before building the closet. Then I found Organized by Design on Yelp. Chad and his wonder assistant, Marcus, were able to handle every aspect of the job – tear out of old closet and wall, drywall repair, moving electrical lines, installing new flooring – and then building a beautiful closet. From the design process with Jennifer, the demolition, rebuild of walls and flooring to the actual build of the new closet everything went so smoothly. Ten stars were earned by the entire crew. They were always punctual. They cleaned up after work everyday. They were so easy to work with. I felt like I had always known them. Chad and Marcus made sure to ask me about every detail before they proceeded to make sure it was what I wanted. They even measured our clothes to make sure the clothes rods were at the level I wanted. Chad’s trim work around the curved baseboard was far superior to the work done in our previous custom home. Everything was built to exact detail. They also built beautiful cabinets in our garage. I highly, highly recommend Chad with Organized by Design.
 

organized by design ,AZ did my his and her closets.it came out unbelievable.. chad builted me my dream closet. I’m only 5’0 ft tall and my ceiling is about 14ft tall. I have a lot of clothes.. . shoes, and more importantly beautiful purses collections.we have to show off……..with that in mind .chad builted me and 2 French doors cabinets. with and ED lights that lite up when you open the doors.. and I was not going to used a ladder to climb to get the clothes down….so he went to work and build me electronic bars for my top cabinets with a push of a Botton.it comes down and back up Botton.middle of the room a cabinets with 2 draws for jewerly on the top part and the rest is just extra draws.top part of the cabinets is a glass top. of course there’s more specials details to my closet. but trust me ..this is the design team you want!!!!!

We used Organized By Design for two projects recently: our Master Bedroom closet and our playroom closet. Chad worked on the design while he was at our house which saved so much time and eliminated all of the back-and-forth we experienced with other designers. He was wonderful to work with on the design, and the installation was fast and painless! We are very happy with our new closets and would highly recommend them to anyone needing custom closet organization done.
